Introduction

JBLJ will embark on an endeavor to expose, address, and redress many false doctrines and lies regarding the Christian faith, and Christian fundamentalism.

There is a growing community of so called, “christian” groups and organizations that are disseminating misinformation, making bogus claims such as no physical hell, or that sin is relative, and any sexual behavioral choice is neither immoral, nor a sin. Dangerous doctrine such as these seek to lead people into a false idea of who God really is and that He is nothing like the God of the Bible that has reached out to us in Love to redeem us from our fallen and sinful nature. They seek to deny the Truth that God is Just and Unchanging, seeking to disparage anyone who believes in Absolute Truth that is true for ALL people, for ALL time, and for ALL places. They encapsulate and reduce God to a single concept of “Love” that is only one facet of the One True Living God.

In fact, one such organization that JBLJ stands against is NALT (“not at all like that’), founded by John Strong. It is his false teachings that are leading hundreds, if not thousands, down a path of destruction and despair that will cost many their very souls...

Jesus warns of such men, "Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many" (verses 4-5, King James Version).
And the apostle Paul reaffirms Jesus’s message, "evil men and imposters will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived" (2 Timothy 3:13)

Please take heed that JBLJ is not about attacking people or persons. Indeed, this is a Spiritual war we are engaged in:
Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore take up the whole armor of God that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one; and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints (Ephesians 6:10-18).

Ephesians chapter 6 gives a description of the spiritual armor God gives us. We are to stand firm with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, the sword of the Spirit, and by praying in the Spirit.
What do these pieces of spiritual armor represent in spiritual warfare? We are to speak the truth against Satan’s lies. We are to rest in the fact that we are declared righteous because of Christ’s sacrifice for us. We are to proclaim the gospel no matter how much resistance we receive. We are not to waver in our faith, no matter how strongly we are attacked. Our ultimate defense is the assurance we have of our salvation, an assurance that no spiritual force can take away. Our offensive weapon is the Word of God, not our own opinions and feelings. We are to follow Jesus’ example in recognizing that some spiritual victories are only possible through prayer.
